Another satisfied customer first visit. Second visit, the service was not so friendly. With service like this I almost change my mind about ordering.
My family and I have stopped here three times, twice against our better judgement and only out of necessity (our 1 year old was screaming). Worst service, took forever, out of everything (mayo, etc..), and the machines for coffee and ice cream never work. I second whoever said eat at the gas station beside it. Better service, and fully stocked. Next time we will pack our lunch rather than stop here.
I know it sounds petty, but if you're driving by, keep going. Terrible experiences every time.

Been here a couple times. One time in 2016 the floor seemed flooded, the whole store seemed unkempt and employees were goofing off so much that I drove an extra 45 minutes to go to the next closest one. Another time I felt like I was actually in danger because of some of the customers that looked like they were about to fight each other in the parking lot. One time in 2017 the service was terrible, took forever to get the food, several machines were broken down, and they were out of mayo packets.
They have the delicious #10, Steak Egg Cheese Bagel. Staff was helpful, bathroom was disappointing. There was lots of free parking and a drive-thru.
Horrible service, they never get your order correct the last time I visited my southern style chicken sandwich was burned and fries were cold. This completely turned me against McDonald's (the staff also plays a lot when the owner isn't there)
