Recently there was a death in our family and we wanted to send flowers but I didn't know who to call since I live in Pensacola, Florida. I googled and came upon Jackson Jewelry & Florist. It was the only one with a review. I took a chance and called. I spoke with Gwen who was simply awesome. She understood my needs and instantly gave me some ideas on what type of flowers/plant to send. The price was reasonable and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. My family ordered a casket spray for our father and it was the most beautiful arrangement we've ever seen. The florist is the owner and she was extremely professional and courteous and understood our grieving. If we ever need flowers in Alabama again we will go back. I recommend this florist to anyone.
